お茶（新茶）の刈り取りは5月初旬あたりに行います。三角園では落合刃物工業株式会社様のバリカン茶摘機である「Ｖ８Ｘ２」を愛用し、丁寧に刈り取っていきます。また、用瀬茶ではお茶の刈り取りは二番茶までしか行いませんので、たくさんの栄養や旨みを含んだ良い品質のお茶を皆様に提供しております。

We will reap tea around early May. In Misumi-Yen, I truly harvest the "V8X2" which is the clippers tea extractor of Ochiai Knife Industry Co., Ltd., and we will cut it carefully. Also, at Mochigase tea, tea ceremony is done only up to second tea, so we offer good quality tea containing a lot of nutrition and taste to everyone.
