～お茶の美味しさは土づくりから～

　用瀬茶では、茶の木を育てる土づくりからこだわり、化学肥料や農薬を使わない栽培をしております。肥料は因幡環境整備株式会社様が作っている「液肥」を使用しております。この液肥は鳥取地域の生ゴミをリサイクルしたものです。これを使うことにより、根張りが強く、害虫のつきにくい茶の木を育てることができます。また、液肥の有機酸により旨みのあるお茶となります。加えて、地球環境に優しいお茶作りが出来るのです。

～Deliciousness of tea from soil making～
Mochigase tea is insisting on making soil that grows tea trees. We cultivate without using chemical fertilizer or pesticide. We use "Liquid fertilizer" fertilizer that Inaba Environmental Improvement Corporation is making. This liquid fertilizer is recycled garbage in Tottori area. By using this we can grow tea tree with strong rooting and insect pest. In addition, organic acids of Liquid fertilizer make it a tasty tea. In addition, we can make environmentally friendly tea.
